President
Lead Electrical/Software Engineer

As President of FSG, Steven leads complex, multidisciplinary projects to deliver cost‑effective, high‑performance solutions across diverse industries. With over a decade of experience in automotive and renewable energy product design, he has helped bring to market innovations such as electric and hybrid-electric vehicles, battery backup and smart grid, large‑scale lithium‑ion battery management systems, IoT‑enabled data acquisition devices, and advanced sensors. Steven offers deep expertise in analog and digital circuits, embedded hardware and firmware, control systems, communication systems, and systems integration. From requirements through testing and validation, he provides hands‑on technical leadership, ensuring solutions meet rigorous standards and perform under real‑world conditions.

Trevor Hickman

Process/Controls Engineer

Trevor is an experienced process engineer specializing in control and automation for advanced industrial systems. He has hands-on experience in designing and implementing control architectures, developing P&IDs, and building prototypes for automated industrial and laboratory environments. Trevor’s proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, AutoCAD, and Python enables seamless hardware–software integration while driving process optimization for efficiency, reliability, and automation-focused solutions. Trevor holds a Master’s degree in Bioenvironmental Engineering from Rutgers University.

Gregory Massaro

Drafting Manager and Mechanical Engineer

Gregory has over a decade of experience drafting complex electrical systems for industrial buildings. He also serves as the mechanical engineer responsible for modeling prototypes and chassis.
